I had a three hour appointment this week with Dr Ruprah, I am a very anxious patient to say the least so it took an awful lot to get me through the door, never mind sitting in the chair. After being greeted by Tanya the Practice Manager, I was taken into a lovely warm lounge area where I was made to feel very welcome and reassured.
Dr Ruprah came to meet me and took me into his surgery, he explained at lengths the procedure and did not begin until I was ready. I had sedation which went very well, the whole procedure was 100% pain free and I had a lot of cosmetic work done to my front teeth as well as a large back tooth basically rebuilt.
The next thing I knew was the dental staff talking to me and handing me a mirror to look at my beautiful new smile.
I am so happy in the comfort of knowing that I now have a fabulous team of people that I have every confidence in to take care of all mine and my families dental needs from now on.
