I am very happy, they listened to me and advised me of what treatment was necessary and then gave me all the options to chose myself every step of the way.

The practice is relaxed, friendly with a great atmosphere all the staff are friendly and helpful too, you are always greeted with ‘Good Morning/Afternoon’ and spoken to by name which is very nice.

Dr Ruprah has cleaned my teeth of all the staining that brushing could not get rid of, and with the new white filling it looks so much better.

He was very helpful and explained everything to me very well in a very nice manor, he will always put you at ease, everyone is very polite and welcoming there.

I am ‘OVER THE MOON’ I now have a dentist that has never done anything I’m not comfortable with and he has always given me an honest opinion.  I come to CrownWood because of the excellent service.

Everyone welcomes you with a smile and they always go out of their way to fit me in and accommodate me even at short notice.

I had the treatment done and I am very happy, everyone there is very understanding, caring and no body judged me as I had not been to the dentist in a long time.  The sedation was amazing and I knew nothing of the treatment until waking up being told it was all done.

Everyone was friendly and caring and very polite to me, I wish I had plucked up the courage sooner as it was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting.

Dr Varma talked me through every step of the procedures and showed me the cost of every step and treatment stage.

I am an extremely nervous patient and spent a lot of time researching dentists, I was impressed by the initial experience of contacting CrownWood and the advice and help of the staff.

I have been exceptionally impressed by Pav (Dr Gogna), he listened to all my fears and there were quite a few!  He took the care and patience to understand my feelings and took me through the whole procedure step by step, checking on me throughout.  The reception staff were excellent too, not forgetting his nurse who was very kind.
