We are looking for an Awesome ‘Dental Compliance Lead/Assistant Practice Manager’ who has had experience as a Senior Dental Nurse or Assistant Manager within the Dental field.
Duties
Post Holder for CQC Compliance & Information Governance using Icomply (CODE)
Designated Safeguard Lead, Fire & Safety Officer, First Aider
Auditing – Clinical Team, Reception, Patient Journey, MediSpa
Keeping abreast of Covid-19 regulations
HR & General administration including managing practice email accounts
Facilities management
Occasional dental nursing duties to cover sickness & holiday
Supporting the Business Development Manager & Principal Dentist with adhoc duties when required
Attributes
Hold an up to date GDC Dental nurse registration

Able to work alone & as part of a Team
Good standard of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
R4 Carestream knowledge would be an advantage
Must have working knowledge of CODE IComply
The position would suit a Senior Dental Nurse with 5+ years experience or Assistant Dental Practice Manager who would like to progress their career.
