“Supportive, friendly, and genuine receptionists welcome you into the stylish and comfortable waiting area, dental staff are equally polite, respectful and considerate. Once you are called by the dental nurse you are accompanied to the appropriate dentist who is patient, attentive, well spoken, and very personable. In my case Harpreet is my dentist, he explains procedures, what he is doing and shows you what is happening (if you are so inclined), he is also very understanding of my disability and provides a thoroughness and attention to detail in his work that is lacking at many dentist practices locally”.
